Users interact through a chat interface, asking questions about game strategy, positioning, training techniques, or specific match scenarios. The AI generates detailed responses drawing from a structured knowledge base built around AFL coaching content.
What separates FirstUse from a standard chatbot is its media linking system. Certain questions are tied to pre-defined topics that have corresponding media content attached, including images, diagrams, and YouTube videos. When a user asks something that matches one of these topics, the relevant media appears alongside the AI response.
The platform is built as a mobile web app, making it accessible for coaches and players during training sessions or match preparation.
