RoundOne is an interview platform built on Bubble.io that takes the manual work out of candidate screening by combining structured interviews with real-time AI analysis.
Hiring managers create job listings, add interview questions with expected answers, and invite shortlisted candidates to complete their interview remotely. When a candidate opens their interview link, their webcam activates and questions appear one by one with a time limit set by the manager. Responses are recorded throughout.
After each answer, RoundOne transcribes the response in real time. If the follow-up question feature is enabled, the AI analyzes the candidate's answer alongside their resume and the job description, then generates a relevant follow-up question on the spot.
Once the interview is complete, the AI scores each answer with reasoning and presents the results on the manager's dashboard, giving hiring teams a clear and consistent basis for comparing candidates.
